To place your first order, download the mobile application from the Appstore or Google Play app store

Fill in the profile information
To use Viangoo, register in the app or leave us a message on the web page. If you registered as an employee of a company, we will contact the management  and make sure that the person is eligible to represent your company before the first order is fulfilled.

Enter order details
Choose the material, volume and delivery location on the map, just like you would order a taxi. After a moment, Viangoo will send you several price offers from different suppliers. Confirm the offer of your choice and your cargo will be immediately passed to one of the many trucks.

Track your cargo
Every step in cargo delivery is recorded in our app and you can track each cargo in real-time - cargo status, expected delivery time, truck location on the map. All orders are supervised by Viangoo support staff that can be contacted any time.

Receive your cargo
Based on the application's delivery time forecast, you can easily plan delivery acceptance, thus reducing the time spent accepting and unloading the order.

All reports in one place
After each delivery, a report on the delivered delivery is prepared. This keeps cargo-related documentation in one place and is easily accessible and exportable in various formats as needed.

Schedule deliveries
In order to further improve the delivery and workflow processes, we offer timely planning of deliveries ahead. It is possible to do this at any time, thereby freeing up the productive hours of the day to do the main work.
